Guaranteed Auto Parts WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT
100% SATISFACTION OR WE WILL REPLACE, REPAIR OR MAKE A REFUND,
SUBJECT TO TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT

We will warranty engine and transmission internal parts, including pistons, rings, push rods, rocker arms, lifters and rocker arm shafts, crankshaft and bearings, rods, camshaft and bearings, timing belt, chain and gears, valves and guides, oil pump, engine block, and cylinder heads. Excluded from this warranty are mounts, all fuel related parts and electrical components, water pump, flex plate, fly wheel, pully’s, gaskets and seals. Motors and heads have a special heat tab installed on them. If center is burned out, the warranty is voided.

This warranty covers parts only set forth in this agreement, we will not reimburse the cost of any labor or any other expenses incurred by the purchaser, unless otherwise stated on this invoice. Although we can tell you the odometer reading is on a damaged vehicle, we cannot guarantee that this is the actual mileage on the purchased part. We do not assume any responsibility for towing charges, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, lodging, oil, filters, anti-freeze, telephone charges, car or truck rental, nor do repairs or replacement extend this warranty beyond the described period from date of original installation. Special order parts or cuts will not be refunded. All returned parts must have our company mark, or they will not be accepted. We will not accept any c.o.d. on freight for returned parts, we will send our own carriers, unless asked otherwise.

Labor warranties cover $45 per hour up to a maximum of $550.00. Labor warranty must be purchased at the time of the sale.

We shall deem this warranty void if the part or parts have been disassembled, modified or otherwise tampered with. All conversions are as-is. This transaction is wholly performable in Ft. Worth, Tarrant County, Texas and shall be governed by the laws of the State Of Texas. The venue for any cause of action shall be Tarrant County, Texas.
